About Us

Green Bam Group is budding group of companies with an aim to realize green technologies and deliver sustainable systems. We look forward towards developing sustainable smart infrastructure for an inclusive growth in the urban, rural and agricultural landscape. The Group consist of two companies, namely Green Bam Solutions (2012) and Green Bam Infra Tech (2017).

Green Bam Infra Tech got founded after a short stint of 5 years on working as a proprietorship company in the name of Green Bam Solutions (GBS). Under GBS, the team has delivered green technology & sustainability projects for various government agencies like National Highway Authority of India (NHAI), International Centre for Information System and Audit (iCISA), Delhi Police, Jhansi Municipal Corporation, Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) Tripura, Indo-German Development Co-operation Project (IGDC) Tripura, Madhya Pradesh Police, Madhya Pradesh State Bamboo Mission (MPSBM), and New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC). In execution of the above projects the team has gained experience in bamboo-based construction, solar installations, vermicomposting, highway plantation and as an external evaluation agency for Mega Projects (Indo German Development Co-operation Project, Tripura).

Our commitment toward Green Technology and Sustainability based Research, Development, and Dissemination have been recognized in the form of ‘Certificate of Recognition’ from Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion, Gov. of India as a Start-up Company under Start-Up India Program. Also, these efforts have been recognized at Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IIT D) and the company has got an invitation to incubated at IIT Delhi Technology Park.

With the core technical know-how, we aim to realize best possible sustainable solutions aligned with Client/ Contractual needs, Code/Standards compliance, providing consulting, execution and maintenance support to the client along with cost complying solutions within the contractual boundaries.

Ms. Puspanjali Das

Managing Director

Mrs. Puspanjali Das, Managing Director GBS & GBIT, have personally carried out an extensive field study of Assam and Mizoram under a World Bank Project from IIT Delhi to study the traditional bamboo structures of North Eastern Region. She has presented her work at an International Conference on Non-conventional Material and Technologies in Changsha, China which got the team an Outstanding Scientific Paper Award (2011) and a publication in International Journal of Key Engineering Materials, Switzerland. She is accomplished human resources professional with over 14 plus years of proven expertise in policy and procedure, recruiting and hiring practices, personnel training & development, retention approaches, managerial support and accounts management. She has a varied domain of expertise out of experience of working in different work cultures such as International Airlines, Advertising agencies, MNC’s, Top ranking educational institution, Managing a Footwear Industry and running her own venture.

Dr. Korde Chaaruchandra

Technical Director

Dr. Korde Chaaruchandra is doing his Post doctorate Research at Trinity Collage Dublin (TCD), Ireland and is a PhD in Bamboo Structures from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IITD), Masters in Structural Engineering from IIT Delhi and B.E. Civil Engg. from MSU Vadodara, Gujarat; he has 10 + years of experience as a Senior Manager, Manger, Structural Engineer, Research Associate & Research Scholar for industrial projects and high end basic and strategic research projects in Engineering Consultancy firm, Turnkey Project based company, Structural Consulting firm and one of the top research & academic institute respectively. He has carved out himself as a dynamic, persistent and challenge loving personality with aspirations to deliver high quality jobs being an active contributor in a team. He has gained experience in Multi-storied buildings, Industrial structures, Tunnel Linings, Tall communication towers with radials along with research in Non-conventional materials for Sustainable Infrastructure under research grants from World Bank, Indian Council for Agricultural Research (ICAR) and Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO). With this he has experience of successfully completing projects worth INR 500 crores along with research projects worth 6 crores on different platforms all along his career.
